This event is not just about personal wellness; it's also about making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Your participation will play a vital role in advancing breast cancer research, creating a nurturing community for resilient breast cancer survivors, those thriving with metastatic breast cancer, caregivers, and the families who stand beside them.

100% of the proceeds from this event will go to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

This event combines the best of yoga, sound meditation, and an interactive Q&A session, providing you with a holistic experience for your body, mind, and spirit.

Agenda:

1. 45 Minutes Yoga Session:

  • Led by our experienced yoga instructor, this session will focus on relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is suitable for all levels.

2. 15 Minutes Sound Meditation:

  • Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of meditation bowls, chimes, and ambient sounds. Our meditation guide will lead you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

3. 15 Minutes Q&A Session:

  • Have questions about yoga, meditation, or wellness? This is your opportunity to interact with our teacher. Feel free to ask anything you're curious about.

  • Comfortable clothing for yoga.
